Dr. Reza Naraghi graduated from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2000. He was on the Pi Delta National Podiatry Honour Society in 2000, on the Dean’s List (1996-2000) and received the New York College of Podiatric Medicine Academic Scholarship Award in 1996-2000. Following his graduation Dr Naraghi completed his surgical residencies in New York and Los Angeles and as part of his residency training in Los Angeles, he partcipated in Baja project for children with disabilities in Mexico gaining valuable experience in management of complex paediatric deformities.
In 2002 he started working as a consultant podiatric surgeon in Los Angeles, California. Dr Naraghi moved to Australia with his family in 2007 and started to work as senior lecturer and associate professor in podiatric medicine and surgery at University of Western Australia (UWA). Dr Naraghi completed his PhD studies at UWA in 2018 with his thesis on “An investigation into the epidemiology and aetiology of Morton’s neuroma” from which four publications were produced in high calibre foot and ankle journals.
Dr Naraghi is registered specialist podiatric surgeon . He has surgical privileges at Park Private Hospital, Westminster Day Surgery Centre, and Southbank Day Surgery.
Dr Naraghi has completed his PhD studies on the “Epidemiology and Aetiology of Morton’s neuroma”
